Heard Mr.Ajay Joshi, learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 5 days in filing Civil Revision Application. Mr.Joshi states that notice in the main Civil Revision Application was not issued. As office objections were not removed, Civil Revision Application was dismissed in default.

Mr.Joshi submits that Civil Revision Application itself has been rendered infructuous as the main Suit
2/2 CAC/ 578/2015 No. RC.S. No185 of 2013 is disposed of.

In view thereof, notice on the respondent is dispensed with as Civil Revision Application was dismissed for non-removing office objections and notice was not issued to the respondent.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out sufficient cause for condoning delay of 5 days. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Office is directed to register C.R.A.

At the request of Mr.Joshi, Civil Revision Application is taken up for admission. Mr. Joshi states that Civil Revision Application is rendered infructuous as the main suit is disposed of.

In view of the statement, Civil Revision Application is disposed of as infructuous. Order accordingly.
