It is stated that the three persons, whose names are mentioned in para 10 of the Civil Application, are the only heirs and legal representatives succeeding to the estate of the deceased Appellant No. 5. In the circumstances, the memo of the Review Petition (RPST/33225/2014), application for condonation of delay (CAO/154/2015) as also the substantial Second Appeal (SA/203/2011) is permitted to be amended.
