Learned counsel for the petitioner states that by the impugned order, the petitioner's application for impleadment in a proceedings for cancellation of recognition has been rejected. He stated that during the pendency of the petition, the main application for cancellation of recognition has been rejected. He therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appropriate application if, permissible in law before the appropriate authority for appropriate relief. 2.
The writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
