A praecipe has been filed by the learned counsel who is appearing for the Petitioners in Writ Petition No.5629 of 2018 for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 04/10/2018 passed in Writ Petition No.334 of 2018 and companion matters. In paragraph 5 of the said order dated 04/10/2018 in the 6th line from the top after the word "the" and before the word "teaching" the word "non" to be interpolated so as to ready "non teaching staff". The learned Addl. Government Pleader Shri A I Patel has no objection to the said correction being carried. The said order dated 04/10/2018 to stand corrected accordingly. Necessary correction to be carried out in the order dated 04/10/2018 and thereafter corrected order to be uploaded. Parties to be furnished with certified copy of the corrected order if applied for.
