Not on Board. Upon mentioning taken on Production Board for Speaking to the Minutes and correcting the order dated 11/09/2019 whereby the Applicant was granted bail. While describing incident in paragraph No.2, Mahadeo Bhoite was described as husband of the Applicant. In fact Mahadeo Bhoite is her son. Therefore the order needs to be corrected. Accordingly in paragraph No.2 of the said order at three places, the corrections need to be made.

The paragraph No.2 now shall read thus;

"The FIR is lodged by one Santosh Uttam Thengil on 19/01/2019. He has stated in his FIR that on 18/01/2019 at about 02.00 p.m. he was present in his house with his parents and step­mother Papabai. At that time, the present Applicant, her son Jagdish Bhoite and son Mahadeo Bhoite came there and told the informant that they should not come to their field. Thereafter these accused went towards the informant and his family followed them. At that time, the Applicant, both her sons came near them carrying wooden sticks. Jagdish assaulted the informant's father Uttam Thengil on his head. The Applicant's son Mahadeo assaulted the informant's mother Gajarabai on her head. One Jagannath Sopan Bhoite and Mahadeo Bhoite assaulted the informant. Thereafter people from locality separated the quarrel. The

3 / 3 injured were removed to hospital and thereafter this FIR was lodged."

Correction may be made in the earlier order dated 11/09/2019 accordingly. The production praecipe is accordingly disposed of.
