This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and order dated 7th January, 2022 passed by the District Judge-5, Sangli in Regular Civil Appeal No.88 of 2019 arising out of the Judgment and order dated 21st January, 2019 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli in H.M.P. No.575 of 2017 whereby a prayer is made for divorce on ground of desertion.

The Appellate Court also rejected the prayer of the Appellant. 3.

The parties through their respective counsels have tendered the Consent Terms duly executed and notarized on 10th November, 2022 during the course of hearing of the present Appeal. 4.
