2 911.4513.19 wp.doc The order impugned is passed by Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune whereby application for stay moved by the petitioner came to be rejected. Parties are in agreement that since this Court has already granted status­quo in the matter, let the said order be continued for a period of 4 months and the Revision pending before the said Authority can be decided. In view of above, the petitions stand disposed of. The order of status­quo passed by this Court shall continue to operate till 31/10/2019 the period by which we expect the Additional Commissioner to decide the proceedings after giving an opportunity of hearing to the respective parties.
