Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. By this petition, the Petitioner is seeking direction to take appropriate action against the accused persons who are alleged to be involved in the offence committed on 8/1/2014 and 13/3/2014. We have perused the Petitioner's complaints dated 8/1/2014 and 13/3/2014. Perusal of the same discloses that dispute between the parties is of civil nature. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that civil disputes between the parties is already pending in the civil Court. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition and exercise our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Writ petition is dismissed.
