The Petition arises from the impugned Order dated 2nd May, 2008, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kolhapur below Application at Exhibit 2 in Criminal Appeal No. 85 of 2008. The Petitioner was Appellant in that Appeal. The Petitioner has expired, hence, the said Appeal abated and disposed of vide Order dated 16th April, 2015. Learned Advocate for the Petitioner tendered a copy of the said Order. It is taken on record.
