Learned Counsel for applicant has referred to order of this Court dated 14.02.2019 passed in Bail Application No.374 of 2019. Perusal of said order in fact reveals that after allowing to withdraw the application, this Court has granted liberty to applicant to file fresh application before the learned Sessions Court after the charge is framed. Learned Counsel for applicant makes a statement that charge is framed on 07.03.2019. Inspite of such liberty, admittedly no application is filed before the trial Court. In that view of the matter, application is not maintainable.

Application is disposed of as dismissed.
