Learned counsel for the appellants submits that in another proceedings filed by respondent i.e Regular Civil Suit No.842 of 2017, the parties have amicably settled the dispute and filed Consent Terms. Learned counsel for the appellant has tendered a copy of the Consent Terms and the consent decree. He therefore submits that in view of the aforesaid Consent Terms nothing survives in the Second Appeal.

Second Appeal is therefore disposed of as infructuous. In view of the disposal of the Second Appeal, pending Civil Application is disposed of as infructuous.
