The applicant is apprehending arrest in C.R. No.27 of 2021, registered with Sindhudurgnagari Police Station for offences under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

First Information Report (for short 'FIR') was registered on 20th May, 2021.

The applicant is working in police department. It was alleged that the applicant had furnished fake leaving certificates while joining the service. Inquiry was made and F.I.R. was registered.

This Court had granted interim relief to the applicant vide order dated 29th April, 2022. The applicant was directed to attend Sunny Thote

13-ABA-1144-2022.doc concerned police station. The Sessions Court had rejected the application for anticipatory bail on the ground that specimen of handwriting of the applicant is required to be obtained. 5.

Learned APP submits that the pursuant to the interim relief granted by this Court, the bail bond is executed by the applicant and charge-sheet has been filed against him.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the question of subjecting the applicant to custodial interrogation does not arise. The interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 29th April, 2022 stands confirmed.

Application is disposed off.
