Heard learned Counsel for applicants-original opponents. Perused application and other relevant documents produced on record. 2.
The learned Counsel for the applicants preferred present application seeking stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T., Kolhapur in M.A.C.P. No. 159 of 2013. The learned Counsel shown inclination to deposit entire compensation amount awarded by the Tribunal within a period of three weeks. 3.
In view of submission, there is no impediment to grant stay subject to deposit the entire decretal amount before the M.A.C.T., Kolhapur in the present matter. Hence, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T., Kolhapur in M.A.C.P. No. 159 of 2013 subject to condition that the applicants shall deposit the total sum of compensation to the tune of Rs.45000/- before the 1/2

No. 159 of 2013 within three weeks from today, failure to which, the stay granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court with liberty to the respondent-claimant to execute the Award for recovery of compensation as per law.
