This is an application for condonation of delay of 122 days in filing the application for leave to file appeal. 2.

Heard the learned APP. and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Mr. Patil vehemently opposed the application and submitted that no sufficient cause for condonation of delay is made out.

3. However, for the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the delay is condoned and application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
