A praecipe is moved for speaking to minutes of the order dated 15th February, 2024. It is submitted that in appearance caption, name of advocate for the Applicants is wrongly mentioned as "Y. Shaikh", same be substituted by name "Farhan Shaikh". It is further submitted that in Paragraph No.2 of the said order, words BGP.

"Rs.719 per Are" be substituted by words "Rs.790 per Are". It is also submitted that in first line of clause (a) of operative part of the said order, instead of word "entire", figure "Rs.1,41,429/-" be substituted.
