The petitioner is original defendant against whom Courts below have granted order of injunction restraining him from disturbing the plaintiffs' possession over the suit property till the disposal of the suit.

On perusal of the record, it appears that the Trial Court passed the order of injunction on 19 November 2018. Since the order of injunction is in force against the petitioner at least since 19 November 2018, at this stage, no interference is called for. The writ petition is dismissed.

However, it is made clear that the Trial Court shall decide the suit on its own merit uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned judgment.
