The petitioner-original plaintiff is challenging the judgment and orders passed by the Courts below rejecting the petitioner's application for temporary injunction. There is no interim relief running in the petitioner's favour at least since 20 June 2018. Hence, no interference in the impugned orders is called for. However, all contentions of the parties are kept open to be agitated at the time of hearing of the suit. The writ petition is dismissed. 2.

The Trial Court shall decide the suit uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned orders.
