It is submitted that the petitioner was appointed on contract basis as a Junior Engineer. By communication dated 30th April, 2013 the petitioner's contract was terminated. It is submitted that last performance report was signed by the person who was not competent to sign. Petitioner was not paid salary for last month though work was extracted from him in the month of April 2013.

2. We have perused the record. The petitioner was appointed on contract basis. He was terminated in the year 2013. We are not inclined to interfere into the matter. However, in case petitioner is not paid salary
