We have heard the Constituted Attorney for the petitioner appearing in person. His contention is that the observation of this Court that Shri Rama Sakharam Patil in his letter at ExhibitL to the petition admitted that he has been dispossessed is not correct.
The petitioners are the legal representatives of the said Rama Sakharam Patil. In the letter written by the said Rama Sakharam Patil, he has clearly stated that the possession of the land in question has been taken
rpwst11864 over on 19th July 1985. He has made a grievance about the payment of compensation. It is not open for the legal representatives of the said Rama Sakharam Patil to contend in the year 2015 that only notional possession was taken over.
Hence, there is no error apparent on the face of the record. Even otherwise, there is no ground for review. Review Petition is rejected.
