This is an application for bringing legal heirs of sole Respondent on record.
There is a delay of four and half months in filing the present Application.

Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause for condonation of delay so also to bring the legal heirs of the sole Respondent to bring on record is made out.
In view thereof, delay is condoned, abatement if any is set-aside and the Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a) and (b). 4.
Necessary amendment in the Court record and simultaneously in the copy supplied to the learned Advocate for the Respondent be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.
