DATED : 11TH OCTOBER, 2021.
P.C:- 1.
By the present application, the applicant is seeking permission to bring the legal hears of respondent No.1, on record.
2.
It is informed that respondent No.1 has expired on 30/12/2019, but since the pandemic was declared in March, AJN
2/2 30 IA-1327.21.odt 2020, no steps could be taken to effect the necessary amendment by substituting his legal heirs on record. The delay caused in bringing the legal heirs on record is sought to be condoned with liberty to permit the legal representatives of respondent No.1 to be brought on record by making necessary amendment in the writ petition.
3.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant. I have perused the interim application. I find sufficient cause being shown in setting aside the abetment and to bring the legal hears of deceased respondent No.1 on record. The application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. 4.
On the amendment being effected, issue notice to the newly added respondents, making it returnable on 06/12/2021. [SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.] AJN
