Having regard to the order dated 25 April 2018 passed by Respondent Nos.4 and 5, Ichalkaranji Municipal Council, Ichalkaranji, Dist. Kolhapur, we are of the view that instead of allowing the Petitioner to amend the petition, we allow the Petitioner to withdraw the petition and file fresh petition challenging the said order and for other reliefs sought for in the present petition. All the contentions of the parties are kept open. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of with the liberty as above.
