The present Application is seeking for condonation of delay of 100 days in filing the Appeal.
2) The Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have been duly served. However, they have not filed their appearance.
3) The delay is not huge. The Applicant has not gained any advantage on account of the said delay. The Applicant/Appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation with the Tribunal. 4) In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, the Application deserves to be allowed. ORDER IN INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 3894 OF 2023 :- 6) Present Application is seeking for stay to the impugned Judgment and Award dated 26th September, 2022 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Ratnagiri in MACP No.24 of 2017. 7) Learned Advocate for the Applicant - Insurance Company states that the Order dated 19th April, 2023 is complied with. 8) In view thereof, interim stay granted by the said Order is confirmed till final disposal of the Appeal.
