By an Order dated 8th April 2019, the Applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the concerned Police Station on stipulated dates, to co-operate with the process of investigation. 2.

Today the learned A.P.P., on instructions from Mr.Mangesh Chavan, Sub-Divisional Police Officer, City Division, Kolhapur, submitted that, the investigation of the present crime is completed and the Police have submitted chargesheet. She further on instructions from the concerned Officer submitted that, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant is no more required for further investigation of the present crime. A photocopy of the report dated __/07/2021 signed by the said Officer is submitted on record. 1/2

In view of the statement made by the concerned Officer, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary.

Interim relief, granted by Order dated 8th April 2019 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer/concerned Police Station is waived.
