P.C.:- By the present Petition, the Petitioner has prayed for relief of parole leave on the ground of COVID-19 Pandemic. It is a matter of fact and well within the realm of all that the COVID-19 Pandemic has ceased its severity.

2) Mr. Patil, learned APP on instructions submitted that, by a Circular dated 10th February, 2022 issued by the Competent Authority, the benefit of COVID-19 Pandemic Parole Leave has been stopped. 3) In view thereof, the present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
