Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that all Respondents including in particular Respondents Nos. 3 and 4 are served in this matter. The Petitioners seek an appropriate Writ on the Respondents Nos. 3 and 4 to decide their representations dated 21st August 2017, 19th July 2018, 1st March 2023 and 23rd March 2023 in accordance with law, expeditiously.

Accordingly, we direct the Respondents Nos. 3 and 4 to decide the Petitioner's above representations as expeditiously as possible and in any case within two months, i.e., on or before 6th September 2024. Respondents Nos. 3 and 4 should hear the Petitioners and pass the speaking order on the representations made by the Petitioners. This order must be communicated to the Petitioners on or before 6th September 2024.

The Petitioner should place the copies of their representations and an authenticated copy of this order before the Respondents Nos. 3 and 4 within a week from today, i.e., 12th July 2024.

With the above directions, this Petition is disposed of. There will be no order for costs.
