Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner has moved a praecipe seeking urgent orders in the matter. In view of the urgency claimed, we are passing the order on praecipe itself without waiting for the papers.

By the order dated 22 nd June 2022, this Court has permitted the Petitioner to file an appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune within a period of two weeks from the date order. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that due to certain difficulties, the Petitioner could not take necessary steps to file appeal within the said stipulated period and on that count she sought extension of period to file appeal before the Commissioner.
