The grievance of the Applicant is that the legal heirs of Respondent No.1 have not complied with the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court (Coram : A.S.Oka and A.R.Joshi, JJ) dated 20th June, 2013 directing them to fle yearly accounts of the income and expenses in relation to the suit property in this Court along with an Affidavit.

Learned Advocate appearing for the legal heirs of Respondent No.1 undertakes to fle the said accounts from 1st July, 2013 in a sealed envelope and deposit the same with the Registrar, SSP 1/2

7 CAL 13 OF 2019.doc Judicial I of this Court within a period of four weeks from today and further undertakes to fle regular accounts in future with the Registrar, Judicial I of this Court and inform the same to the Advocate for the Applicant. The undertakings are accepted. 3.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
