Mr.Talkute, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to convert this writ petition in civil revision application. According to me, it would be appropriate if this petition is dismissed with liberty to institute a civil revision application. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to institute a civil revision application.

It is necessary to note that the impugned order was passed on March, 19, 2014. This petition is filed on April 28, 2014 and was pending till date.
