She submits that till date no steps have been taken to bring on record the heirs and legal representatives of deceased respondent. She thus submits that the second appeal stands abated. 2.

In view of the above, second appeal is dismissed as abated. In view of disposal of the second appeal, civil application is disposed of as infructuous.
