The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he has received written instructions from the Petitioner to withdraw the present petition as the Petitioner is desirous of availing the remedy of departmental appeal provided under the service Regulations of the Respondent­Corporation. The learned counsel for the Petitioner tenders copy of the written instructions on record. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner also states that in view of the fact that he is pursuing the remedy of appeal he will not prosecute the Complaint filed by the Petitioner before the Labour Court. This statement is accepted.
