It is pointed out by the learned APP that though the Application is made by the prisoner for temporary bail, however, he being convicted, his Application ought to have been treated as Application for furlough or parole. Learned APP informs that in fact this Application has become infructuous because he wanted to get out of the prison to attend wedding of his son on 5th May, 2015.

Registrar (Judicial) is requested to place this matter before the appropriate Bench, as it is a prayer for furlough or parole. Hence, it is to be placed for necessary orders.
