This is an application filed by the Original Claimant for withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation deposited by the AppellantInsurance Company in the Tribunal. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Appellant-Insurance Company that, the Appeal is preferred only on the point of quantum of compensation.

In view thereof, the Applicant-Claimant is permitted to withdraw Rs.30,00,000/- from the amount of compensation deposited by the Appellant-Insurance Company in the Tribunal, subject to furnishing of usual undertaking.

Civil Application is disposed off.
