The applicants seeks withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant, pursuant to the judgment and award dated 26.08.2016, passed by the MACT Solapur, in MACP No. 150 of 2013. 2.

The records reveal that by order dated 13.03.2019, the applicant no.1 being the widow, and applicant nos.4 and 5 being the parents of the deceased were allowed to withdraw compensation of Rs.1,50,000/- and Rs.75/- each respectively.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant no.3 has P P SALGAONKAR

902-iii-ia- 13320-23.doc met with an accident and that he is serious and is admitted in ICU. He has placed on record copy of the certificate of CNS, Hospital, Solapur. He states that the applicants are in need of money to meet the medical expenses.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, out of the balance compensation of Rs.13,93,200/-, compensation of Rs.3,93,800/- with appropriate interested accrued thereon be paid to the applicant nos.4 and 5, compensation of Rs.6,00,000/- with appropriate interest accrued thereon be paid to the applicant no.1, and an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- each with appropriate interest accrued thereon be invested in the names of the applicant nos.2 and 3, in fixed deposit, in any nationalized bank for a period of five years.

Application stands disposed.
