There is delay of 257 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. However, earlier Second Appeal was filed on 5th September, 2020 challenging the impugned judgment and decree dated 24th September, 2019 and the said Second Appeal was withdrawn on 13th March, 2023.

Mr. Rajeshirke, learned counsel appearing for the contesting Respondents strongly opposes the Interim Application. 3.

However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
