The Applicant has preferred Cr. Writ Petition No.2340 of 2014 seeking parole, as his application for parole was rejected. The said Petition came to be dismissed for default on 13th October, 2014. The Applicant in this application, preferred through Jail, is praying that the said order be set aside. Thus, in effect, the Applicant is seeking restoration of Cr. Writ Petition No.2340 of 2014. 1/2 APPW-191-15.doc

In view of the above facts, the order dated 13th October, 2014, dismissing Cr. Writ Petition No.2340 of 2014 for default, is set aside and Cr. Writ Petition No.2340 of 2014 is restored to file. 3.

The Criminal Application is allowed in above terms. 4.

Cr. Writ Petition No.2340 of 2014, along with Criminal Application No.332 of 2015, be placed for admission on 11th December, 2015.
