Challenging the order of cancellation of permission to run the hostel, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the concerned Minister as per the memo of appeal annexed at "Exhibit D" of the petition.

The only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispose of this petition by directing the concerned Minister-Appellate Authority to consider and take an appropriate Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

Sr.No.915 WP 5101.16 decision on the petitioner's appeal pending before him as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer without commenting on the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed of by directing the concerned Minister-Appellate Authority to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's appeal taking into consideration all the grounds as raised in the memo of appeal. The order as aforesaid be passed by the Minister within three months from the date of receipt of this order. In view of aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
