The Caste certificate issued to the Petitioner is cancelled on the ground that the same is not issued in proper form 'C'. 2.

The Petitioner shall apply to the Committee for attested copy of the Caste certificate submitted by him. The Committee shall within eight days of the application made by the Petitioner, issue attested copy of the Caste certificate submitted by the Petitioner. On receipt of the same, the Petitioner shall submit the attested copy of the Petitioner's certificate with the Sub Divisional Officer.

The Sub Divisional Officer shall after confirming that the same was by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date:

85. WP 7862 of 2022.doc issued by the office, shall issue Tribe certificate to the Petitioner in proper form 'C' preferably within 15 days from the date of submission of the attested copy of it.

On receipt of the corrected Tribe Certificate in proper form 'C', the same shall be submitted to the Committee. The Committee shall thereafter decide the proceedings on its own merits.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
