1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and respondent. 2] This application is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, for transfer of Matrimonial Case No.2 of 2018, pending in the Family Court, Thane, to Family Court, Kolhapur, on the ground that the applicant is residing at Kolhapur and she is having the responsibility of a small child of 3 years and therefore finding it difficult to attend the Court at Thane on every date. 3] Learned counsel for respondent fairly concedes that respondent has no objection to transfer the case, to the Family Court at Kolhapur.
4] In view thereof, application is allowed.
