At the outset, learned A.P.P. submitted that, the Applicant has been arrested on 29th November 2019 and subsequently released on regular bail. A report dated 26th July 2021 signed by the Police Inspector, Mahabaleshwar Police Station to that effect has been submitted on record. 2.

In view of the arrest and subsequent release on regular bail of Applicant, the present Application has become infructuous. 3.
