Mr.Patil, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no1 -A states that he has explained the consent terms to Mr. Ramkrishna Vitthal Bosekar, in Marathi, who is present in Court. Statement is accepted. The signatures of the parties are identified by their respective advocates. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
