Petitioner is convicted in MCOC Special Case No.16 of 2013 and has been sentenced to undergo imprisonment for ten years by the Trial Court. The request of Petitioner that if he is not released on bail or released from jail to take care of his family members, he may be permitted to do euthanasia is not maintainable in law. 2.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
