The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant in the above Civil Application seeks clarification in the order dated 1672015 passed in the said Civil Application. On the 2nd page in line 4 the last word "to" to be substituted by the word "by".
In the 5th line from the top from the words "Regional to the words social welfare" in the 6th line to be deleted and to be substituted by the following "District Social Welfare Officer has by his communication dated 93 2015 addressed to the President / Secretary / Head Master of the school in question has directed them to consider the grievance of the Applicant." mmj
