By an Order dated 10th April, 2019 the Applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates to co-operate in the process of investigation. 2.
Record indicate that, the Applicant is aged about 63 years old women and is blind by her right eye and her vision of left eye is impaired (partially blind).

Today, Smt. Shinde, learned A.P.P. on instructions from Investigating Officer Shri Prasad K. Jadhav, Economic Offences Wing, Satara, submitted that, in furtherance of Order dated 10th April, 2019 the Applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and has cooperated to the process of 1/2
Tandale 905-aba-869-2019.odt investigation. She further, on instructions submitted that, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary.

In view of the categorical statement made by the learned A.P.P., on instructions from the Investigating Officer Shri Prasad K. Jadhav, Economic Offences Wing, Satara, interim relief granted by Order dated 10th April, 2019 is hereby confirmed.
However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
