I have gone through the consent terms executed by both the parties dated 13th May 2024. They have paid amount of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only). It is paid as follows :- (i) ₹23,000/- (Rupees Twenty Three Thousand only) is already paid in cash.

(ii) Cheque of ₹27,000/- (Rupees Twenty Seven Thousand) was issued. Instead of the cheque, the Respondent has paid that amount in cash.

Now, the Complainant / Appellant wants to withdraw the Appeal. The Appeal is disposed of in view of the settlement. The efforts of learned Advocate Mediator is appreciated. 4.

Learned Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Satara (DLSA) to insure that his fees will be paid through their fund or fees may be obtained from learned Deputy Registrar, Main Mediation Center.

Learned Advocate Mediator explained how he has settled the 2/3

dispute and he is doing it for several years. Even he submitted that he is doing it Pro Bono. It may be true still it is responsibility of administration to see that he be paid with the fees. Learned Secretary, DLSA, Satara to pay the fees.
