The order of which, breach is alleged is dated 11 March 2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 12576 of 2019, Writ Petition No. 12604 of 2019, Writ Petition No. 1567 of 2020, Writ Petition No. 1567 of 2020 and Writ Petition No. 1568 of 2020.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent-Zilla Parishad states that according to the Respondent - Zilla Parishad the order was complied with on 1 December 2020 itself. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that it is not a full compliance.

Having considered the facts and circumstances and the order of 1 December 2020, we are not inclined to proceed further in the contempt jurisdiction. We leave it open to the Petitioners to adopt substantive remedies in case if the Petitioners are not satisfied with the order passed by the Respondent - Zilla Parishad.

All the Contempt Petitions are disposed of.
