Considering the limited request made on behalf of the petitioner of deciding the complaint dated 1st January 2024 made before the Education Officer (Secondary), service of notice on respondent nos. 2 and 3 is dispensed with.

According to the petitioner, the respondent no.3 has altered his date of birth as a result of which he continues in service. The petitioner as a member of the Managing Committee of the respondent no.2 has made a complaint to the Education Officer (Secondary) in that regard. The petitioner seeks consideration of the same.

In the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.1 to consider the complaint dated 1st January 2024 as made by the petitioner and decide the same after hearing the petitioner as well as respondent nos.2 and 3. The decision in this regard be taken within four weeks of receiving copy of this order. All points raised are kept open. No costs.
