This application is preferred by the Applicants for carrying out amendment in Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicants and averments made in Civil Application, we are satisfied that the Applicants have made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. Hence following order.

a) Civil Application No.472 of 2018 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus, "(b) That the Petitioners may be allowed to amend the Writ Petition No.5653 of 2014 and to add Schedule (A), (B) and (C) respectively at appropriate places in the petition." b) The Applicants to carry out amendment within four weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court.

c) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicants to serve amended copy of the Writ Petition on other side immediately thereafter and file Affidavit of service to that effect.
