The learned AGP submit that this court by order dated 15/07/2010 in Civil Application No.1458/2009 granted adinterim relief, subject to the Applicant depositing the entire enhanced compensation as per the order passed by the Trial Court in LAR No.241/1987. He submits that they deposited the entire decretal amount in the reference court on 17/02/2015. To that effect, they made a statement in para 3 of the Civil Application. Considering the submission made by the learned AGP and the averments made in the Civil Application, I am of the opinion that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:
a.
Civil Application allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:.
(b) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay in depositing the decretal amount by extending the time to do so as per the order dated 15/07/2010.
b.
Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
