This Application is taken out on the ground that during the pendency of this Petition, by sale deed dated 10.09.2014, applicant has purchased the suit premises from the the heirs and legal representatives of the original plaintiff. The applicant has, therefore, prayed for his impleadment in the place of the respondent in the Petition. 1/2

Mr. Ghanavat has no objection.

In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed. Respondent in the main Petition shall stand substituted by the applicant herein. Amendment in the main Petition shall be carried out within one week from today and the amended slips shall be made over to the other side. Civil Application is disposed of.
